Great Review!
I play this course at least once a quarter and it's great for the high handicapper...the course is always is good condition and the pace of play is good. Both me and my golf buddy shot our lowest rounds on this course!!

Hi Marc, Norm, one of our members from Chicago is coming into town, and we're playing on Thursday in Lake Worth, if you'd care to hit em. I can't sneak out 2 days in a row. Mom would kill me.
Here's an update on the PCM Summer Premier Card...they no longer offer a $25 discount if u bought it last year....u would think with tough times they'd a least keep the same discount program as last year....
Also, may I suggest that you customize your MyPage somewhat, and/or at the least include something about your site and a link to your site. As this group grows, I will periodically promote your group, but there is no substitute for the direct exposure you can give yourself through branding your mypage. I am in the process of doing my own, so perhaps when I'm finished you can get some ideas.
Sure, but it can only be done through the RSS feed on your MyPage, and at that it doesn't get the exposure that, drudge though it may be, copy and past does. Our blog is now directed to the various web crawlers, so you get the same exposure as your own site or blog. You should further include a sign-off in your post or blog here that includes a link to your website or blog there, and that gives you a backlink which again gets picked up by the web crawlers and again proliferates your exposure. Your choice. If you want to RSS the feed, simply include the url of your blog's RSS in the RSS box on your MyPage.

Frugality comes with being "in transition" my friend. These are tough times.
We're working on it. For our first group event, Boca Dunes gave us 50% off. Most clubs will give us a discount for a group event because we have 5 or so foursomes coming in. But for individual discounts, most are looking for numbers. We only have 100 members, so we don't weild all that much clout as yet. Nevertheless, I have approached some, and all are receptive, again, once we have numbers, and some sort of ID card. That will be the next dilemma I'll deal with when we get there.

Hi Marc. I looked at the site .... nicely done. I hope it's a success. Might I suggest putting up a picture of yourself so you can get to know the members before soliciting them for your group. Put your group's stuff on your page so when and if they go to your page, they'll get the idea.
